10 No Bake Bars To Treat Yourself This Summer

Summer is upon us and with the weather getting hotter none of us wish to spend time in the kitchen, next to a hot stove or baking something in the oven. But that doesn’t mean we don’t want to eat delicious treats. Well there’s an easy fix to this problem – no bake bars. These take very little time to prepare, they’re incredibly yummy and you don’t even need to turn on your oven to make them.

 

 

1. Sweet-and-Salty Cereal Bars
These sweet and salty cereal bars take only 5 minutes to prepare and only require you to microwave and mix the ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboards. And the best part is that you can substitute ingredients for your favorite cereals.

 

 

2. S’mores Bars
What do you associate smores with? When most people hear that word they immediately think – campfire. But you can easily make smores bars without a fire of any kind, and these bars combine two of our favorite desserts – smores and cookie dough.


 

3. Chocolate Oatmeal Bars
This recipe calls for melting ingredients on the stovetop, but you can also do that in a microwave. Either way the result is delicious, sweet and decadent chocolate oatmeal bars that you can store in the fridge and enjoy all week long.

 

 

4. After Dinner Mint Bars
If you like desserts that are both sweet and satisfying yet somehow refreshing – you will love these minty chocolate bars. They’re a perfect little treat to have after dinner. They taste very similar to those “after 8” thin chocolates, but even better.
