When it starts getting colder we don’t really want to have salads, we tend to gravitate towards comfort dishes. Something that will keep up full and feeling warm for longer. However, salads are the best foods for us, they have all the key nutrients and vitamins we need, without being too heavy and fatty. But we totally understand now wanting to even look at a bowl of mostly lettuce in the fall.
