Summer had its share of wild trends, and while the colder seasons often make it tempting to turn our wardrobe to all black and grey, there are too many exciting and chic trends to experiment with. Try to stay away from boring looks and make a statement with these on-point looks.
1. Seductive suits
Forget boring and drab pantsuits. Gone are they days of the Miranda look – suits are entering a very Samantha age, and we’re into it. Say hello to short hems, under boob cutouts, and daringly asymmetrical necklines this season.

2. Bright tights
Rather than interpreting this as a failed and dated Gossip Girl look, a pop of colour in the tights can be supremely chic. This can be done in a clashing manner like Adam Selman boldly tried, but monochrome is also a foolproof method, as designers like Amilio de la Morena proved. We suggest starting with olive green tights beneath a dark skirt.

3. Holographic sheen
Otherwise referred to as “oil spill”, this dreamy liquid look is a new take on metallic that we’re obsessed with. Designers like Balmain incorporated the look in a trench, while Antonio Berardi opted for a ball skirt. It’s the only way to wear rainbow without being tacky.

4. Technicolor animal print
Leopard print in classic colours (tan and black) has been around for centuries. But in 2018, women have gotten louder, and animal print is no exception! Interpreted in technicolor looks like neon zebra, bad 80s looks are transformed on the runway by the likes of Tom Ford, Adam Selman and Givenchy.
